Group Process Summary

(Worth 25% of Assignment Grade) 

By the end of the semester, you group must complete an evaluation of the process you as a team went through to complete the initiative assignment.  In a concise narrative, answer the following: 

  • Describe how the various group development models did/did not apply to your team. 

  • Describe the leadership of your team.  What leader qualities or actions were most effective with your group?  Did anyone  emerge as the clear leader of your group?

  • What task behaviors did you spend the most time on?

  • What relationship issues did you spend the most time on?

  • Discuss the 3 most important norms that emerged within your group (positive or negative)

  • How did you resolve conflicts in the team?

  • How did you solve problems?

This narrative, as with all other assignments, must be free of spelling and grammatical errors.  There is no minimum length, but be certain you have looked at each question from all angles, and provided clear and thorough answers.
